Whiten Like a Pro: Step-by-Step Whitening Instructions
Step 1: Open your teeth whitening kit and lay out all the components on a clean surface. Ensure your teeth are freshly brushed and flossed before you begin, as this allows the whitening gel to make direct contact with your enamel for the best results.
Step 2: Carefully extrude a small, continuous bead of the whitening gel along the inner front surface of the gumshield (the side that will touch the front of your teeth). Remember to do the top and bottom!
Less is more here—you only need a thin layer to cover your teeth. Placing too much gel can cause it to overflow onto your gums, which might cause mild irritation.
Step 3: Pop the gumshield into your mouth, fitting it over your teeth, and turn on the blue LED light device. Relax and let the blue light technology accelerate the whitening process. Keep the tray in place until the built-in timer automatically turns off (10 minutes).
Tip: If you are looking for an extra boost, you can press the button to repeat the timer cycle for one more round.
Step 4: Once your session is complete, remove the mouth tray. Thoroughly rinse your mouth with lukewarm water to remove any residual gel, and give the gumshield a quick wash with soap and water so it's ready for next time. Now, check the mirror and enjoy your freshly whitened smile!
